大清早就被爆竹声吵醒，难再睡了，想到昨晚她在电话那头失声痛哭，自己却无从
安慰，就上网写点东西吧！
走过二十几个年头了，总是会路过或是错过一些美丽的风景，一些美好的人和事。
觉得遗憾么？先看看下面的文章，很浅显的英文，看了让人觉得很明亮很舒服。
Life is a balance of Work and Play, Family and Personal time.
A long time ago, there was an Emperor who told his horseman that if he
could ride on his horse and cover as much land area as he likes, then the
Emperor would give him the area of land he has covered.
Sure enough, the horseman quickly jumped onto his horse and rode as fast
as possible to cover as much land area as he could. He kept on riding and
riding, whipping the horse to go as fast as possible. When he was hungry or
tired, he did not stop because he wanted to cover as much area as possible.
Came to a point when he had covered a substantial area and he was exhausted
and was dying. Then he asked himself, "Why did I push myself so hard to cover
so much land area? Now I am dying and I only need a very small area to bury
myself."
The above story is similar with the journey of our Life. We push very hard
everyday to make more money, to gain power and recognition. We neglect our
health, time with our family and to appreciate the surrounding beauty and the
hobbies we love.
One day when we look back , we will realize that we don't really need that
much, but then we cannot turn back time for what we have missed.
Life is not about making money, acquiring power or recognition . Life is
definitely not about work! Work is only necessary to keep us living so as to
enjoy the beauty and pleasures of life. Life is a balance of Work and Play,
Family and Personal time. You have to decide how you want to balance your Life.
Define your priorities, realize what you are able to compromise but always
let some of your decisions be based on your instincts. Happiness is the meaning
and the purpose of Life, the whole aim of human existence.
So, take it easy, do what you want to do and appreciate nature. Life is
fragile, Life is short. Do not take Life for granted. Live a balanced lifestyle
and enjoy Life!
Watch your thoughts ; they become words.
Watch your words ; they become actions.
Watch your actions ; they become habits.
Watch your habits; they become character .
Watch your character; it becomes your destiny .
我们必须学会放下。
记住：放下绝不意味着放弃！放下只是一种搁置，是因为我们一时力不能及而搁置。
追求美好幸福的生活是没有错的！只是有时候你得面对选择，不得不放下。
作为学生，就应该致力于学业。回头看看大学本科四年我荒废了太多时光了！过年的
时候和清华的死党交流，感慨于现在的年轻人的选择太多，以至于无从选择，虚度时光。
同样是四年，那位曾经占据我心五年之久的女孩，考了GRE，2320，考了托福，657，GPA
是3.9，找到了心爱的人并与之成婚，如今已在大洋彼岸。而我，我又做了什么？我只是
考上了研究生而已，太多太多的事情我没有做到。
诚然，有些事情是要靠机遇和头脑的，但是我们确实没有别人努力，没有别人勤勉，
没有学会别人的“放下”。我们在意的东西太多，抓在手中的东西太多，背负的东西太
多。所以我们走不远，所以我们无力坚持到最后，所以我们总是停在幸福前方不远处。
记得小时候经常被大人们说我们主次不分，轻重不分，总是不以为然，坚持选择自己
的生活。结果呢？日子过得总是那么混乱，总是有一个又一个乱子在自己最心烦意乱的时
候冒出来。后悔么？“当初要是不那样做就好了！”，“我怎么总揽这么多麻烦事？”，
可是没有后悔药可以吃。
Take it on the run.
尽快做出自己的决定，有所取舍，才能做到有所珍惜。
不要总被自己的情绪所左右，要学会放下。
放下了，才能轻装上阵。
很喜欢一个人的说明档，她总是那么有主见，能够将自己的目标一个又一个地实现。
从此不再有疑惑，
不再有悲伤，
背起轻轻的行囊，
明天的旅途 充满阳光
今年是马年，我要奔跑，追回我失去的时间。
你我共勉。
